1. We build your website — free, no contract to sign upfront
You don't pay to have the site built, full stop — no design fee, no setup fee, nothing to sign before you've even seen it.

2. You get a trial period before any payment starts
Every new plumber gets a short, agreed trial. The site's live and working for you with nothing to pay. If it's not clicking, you're not obligated to carry on.

3. Every enquiry is tracked, openly
Enquiries submitted through your site's contact form are logged as they happen. You can see exactly what came in and when — the same record is used for billing, so there's nothing hidden in how it's counted.

4. Once the trial ends, you choose how you pay
From there it's your call: pay a small amount for each real enquiry the site sends you, or move to a flat monthly fee if you'd rather know the number in advance. Your customers never pay anything, either way.

5. Nothing if it doesn't generate enquiries
No enquiries, no bill. Pay-per-enquiry pricing means exactly what it says.

Genuinely — there isn't one. Here's why the model works the way it does.
Why free? What's actually in it for you?
We're new. Before we can reasonably ask anyone to pay for a website, we need proof the ones we build actually bring in enquiries. Building for free and getting paid only on results is how we get that proof — and how you end up with nothing to lose.
What counts as a "genuine enquiry"?
It's a real submission through your contact form from someone actually asking about your work — not spam, not a duplicate. You'll see every enquiry as it's logged, so you can check for yourself rather than take our word for it.
What happens after the trial period?
You've got three options: carry on paying per enquiry, switch to the flat monthly fee, or stop altogether. Nothing renews automatically behind your back.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If the site isn't working for your business, you can stop at any point — during the trial or after.
Do my customers ever pay anything?
No. Homeowners who find you through the site and get in touch never pay anything, ever. The only payment relationship is between you and us.
Why plumbers, and why not my trade yet?
We're new, and we'd rather get one trade right than spread ourselves across all of them. Plumbers are the starting point — others will follow once the model's proven itself.
