You don't pay to have the site built, full stop — no design fee, no setup fee, nothing to sign before you've even seen it.

2. You see the finished site before you agree to anything
We show you the site we've built. If you don't want it, that's the end of it — you've paid nothing and you owe nothing. Payment only starts if you say yes and we put it live.

3. Every enquiry is tracked, openly
Enquiries submitted through your site's contact form are logged as they happen, so you can see exactly what came in and when. Nothing about billing depends on this — it's there so you can judge whether the site is actually earning its keep.

4. One monthly fee covers the running costs
A website isn't a one-off build — the domain has to be renewed, the hosting paid for, the security certificate kept valid and the software patched. The monthly fee covers all of that plus support when you need a change. Your customers never pay anything.

5. The same number every month, and cancel whenever
A busy month costs the same as a quiet one — no per-enquiry charges, no usage tiers, no surprise bills. There's no minimum term either: if it's not working for you, stop.

Why free? What's actually in it for you?
We're new and we haven't got a track record to point at yet. Asking a tradesperson to hand over several hundred pounds upfront on that basis didn't sit right, so we take the build cost on ourselves instead. The monthly fee isn't profit on a build — it covers what it genuinely costs to keep a website live, and it only starts once you've seen the site and said yes.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Your domain name and its renewal, the web hosting, the SSL certificate that keeps the padlock showing in visitors' browsers, security and software updates, backups, and support when you need something changed. These are real recurring costs that don't go away after a site is built — the fee covers them rather than charging you per enquiry.
Does the fee go up if the site gets busy?
No. It's the same amount every month whether the site brings you two enquiries or twenty. No per-enquiry charges, no usage tiers, nothing that quietly scales up on you.
What is SEO, and is it included?
SEO stands for "search engine optimisation". In plain terms it's the work that gives your site a chance of turning up on Google when someone nearby searches for your trade, rather than sitting on page five where nobody looks. It's included — in the build and in the monthly fee — because a website nobody can find isn't worth much. Here's what it actually involves. What we won't do is promise you the number one spot; nobody can honestly promise that.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. No minimum term, no auto-renewing contract. Tell us and the payments stop — and we'll talk you through what happens to your domain and the site itself, so you're not left stranded.
Do my customers ever pay anything?
No. Homeowners who find you through the site and get in touch never pay anything, ever. The only payment relationship is between you and us.
Which trades do you work with?
All of them. Plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers, joiners, plasterers, tilers, landscapers — if you run a trade business in the UK, you're in. The site gets written around the work you actually do and the area you actually cover, so it reads like your business rather than a template with the trade swapped out.
