What's included
Every tradesperson who works with us gets the same core package, whatever the trade — the whole point of it is getting the phone to ring.
Everything included, every time
The same six things, for every trade we work with — no tiers, no upsells.
A website built for your business
A mobile-friendly site covering your services, area and contact details, written to explain clearly what you do and why someone should call you rather than a competitor.
Enquiry-tracking contact form
Every enquiry that comes through your site is logged, so you can see exactly what came in, when, and what it was for — and judge for yourself whether the site is earning its keep.
Reports you can actually read
A plain, straightforward count of how many people visited your site and how many enquiries it produced — no vague "brand awareness" numbers you can't do anything with.
Help setting up Google Business Profile
We help you set up or improve your free Google Business Profile listing, which matters as much as your website for getting found locally.
SEO — help showing up on Google
SEO means "search engine optimisation" — the work that gives your site a real shot at turning up when someone nearby searches for your trade. Built in from the start, not sold as an extra. What that actually involves.
No upfront cost
All of the above is included from day one — nothing to pay for the build, and nothing at all until you've seen the finished site and agreed to put it live.
What "SEO" means, and why it's part of the job
SEO stands for search engine optimisation. Stripped of the jargon, it's the work that gives your website a chance of turning up on Google when someone near you types in your trade — "electrician near me", "emergency plumber", "roofer in Chester" — instead of sitting on page five, where nobody ever looks.
It matters because a website nobody can find is just an expensive business card. So it isn't a bolt-on or an upsell here — it's part of the build and part of the monthly fee. In practice it means:
- Naming the work you do and the places you do it. Pages that say "boiler repairs in Chester" or "flat roof repairs in Wrexham" rather than "quality service, competitive rates" — because the first one is what people actually type into Google.
- Making the site fast and easy to use on a phone. Most people looking for a tradesperson are on their mobile, often in a hurry, and Google pushes slow or fiddly sites down the list.
- Telling Google your business exists. Submitting the site so it gets listed, plus the behind-the-scenes details search engines read to work out where you are and what you do.
- Setting up your Google Business Profile. That's the map listing with your reviews, opening hours and phone number. For local trades it often brings in more calls than the website itself.
- Keeping it up to date. SEO isn't a switch you flip once. Competitors change what they're doing and Google changes how it ranks things, so the upkeep is ongoing — and covered by the monthly fee.
One honest caveat: nobody can promise you the top spot on Google, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can do is build the site properly so it has a fair shot, and be straight with you about how it's actually performing.
Free to build. One flat monthly fee to keep it running.
Nothing upfront for the build. Once the site's live, a single monthly fee covers your domain, hosting, the security certificate, updates and support — the same number every month.
